As a Security Officer - Manufacturer Patrols in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with those on site to provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense facility, including interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Document observations and incidents according to company and client procedures.

Support Allied Universal in maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
