As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Plant Patrol in Hazleton, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and conducting routine patrols, while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.81 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor for any unusual activity or conditions that may impact the operations of the food and beverage location, reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and offer assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
