Job Summary
Administrative Assistant:
Perform a variety of administrative support duties for supervisor or department to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Create and maintain files, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information, ensuring security and compliance of information.
Assist in planning department activities, and manage meeting calendars.
Track expenses and inventory, monitor and order supplies, and schedule maintenance repairs.
Assist with word processing and data entry.
Remain knowledgeable of department policies. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
Complete routine tasks under moderate supervision.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to supervisor or department.
Schedule conference rooms and classrooms for department classes and meetings. Post daily classroom/conference room schedules.
Order and maintain supplies for department.
Take meeting minutes.
Provide general office support such as greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming calls and processing mail.
Answer questions about the organization and associated activities.
Assist with word processing and data entry.
Track inventory.
Maintain classrooms and conference rooms.
Stock and maintain breakrooms.
Maintain office equipment; arrange for service calls as needed.
Prioritize tasks received and determine order of importance.
Administrative Assistant, I
