Location: Nashville, TN

Provides front-desk reception and administrative support for the executive leadership of Ascension Saint Thomas.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for assigned area(s) or program.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.

Schedule and support preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.

May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate.

Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries.

Establish and maintain filing systems. Order and stock supplies.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

Additional Responsibilities:

Support office management duties such as generating and tracking service requests

Serve as a back-up for executive assistant tasks including calendar management, processing invoices and expense reports, and other duties as assigned

Report to the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO

Preferred Experience / qualities:

In person Customer service /administrative support

Friendly and welcoming, professional and presentable, communicates well; takes initiative

Can take direction and feedback

Organized and follows up / follow through without being prompted
