Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking an Agile Project Manager - RESUME BUCKET for 4 POSITIONS (Charlotte) to join their team. As an Agile Project Manager - RESUME BUCKET for 4 POSITIONS (Charlotte), you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Agile Project Manager - Jira exp, must

Location: Charlotte, NC (401 N Tryon)

Position @type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

Manage cross-departmental projects related to Line of Business products, processes, and employee readiness.

Partner with teams to develop and sustain change management strategies.

Evaluate current methods and develop strategies for project improvements.

Oversee project execution using appropriate tools to ensure timely completion.

Serve as a secondary point of contact for critical change initiatives and support training material development.

What's Needed?

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align.

Proficiency in Excel reporting, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and If Statements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.

Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines.

Experience in conducting large-scale training sessions and developing presentation materials.
