Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jamaica, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and attentive support. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are properly recorded.

Maintain a high standard while handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Document interactions and updates in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and efficiency.

Follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs effectively.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential improvements.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or call center support is required.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
