As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Waterloo, IA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional customer service. This primarily driving post allows you to remain visible throughout the site and interact with team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential risks.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and relay important information.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per Allied Universal standards.

Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing assigned duties, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
