Hiring Maintenance Technicians - Brighton, CO

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM

Pay: $33-37/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Tackle mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment with precision.

Keep preventative maintenance schedules on track and executed flawlessly.

Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance needs.

Work independently, bringing initiative and ownership to every repair and task.

Apply hands-on knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity and machine repair.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and maintenance systems.

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance practices.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints with confidence.

Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and conveyor systems.

Familiarity with motors, installation, and industrial maintenance.

Skilled use of hand tools and fabrication experience.

Your Work Environment:

Begin with 3-4 weeks of hands-on training during the day shift alongside experienced leads. (Standard shifts run 8-10 hours starting at 6:00 AM.)

Second shift operates Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.

Join a close-knit maintenance team of six, where covering shifts is voluntary and teamwork drives success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
