As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Shift in Weslaco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support site security-related protocols.

Document observations, incidents, and activities according to company and client requirements.

Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and any issues identified during patrols.

Follow all site-specific procedures for the manufacturing and industrial environment, adapting to varying working conditions as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
