Administrative Assistant

Job Description

This position involves supporting the administrative and executive team onsite. The role requires effectively managing various office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain conference room calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.

Order and manage office supplies to keep the office well-stocked.

Submit maintenance requests to ensure the office environment remains functional.

Provide coverage for executive admins during their PTO.

Handle reporting and undertake special projects as required.

Skills and Qualifications Required

2+ years of administrative experience.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Capability to self-start and anticipate needs.

Proficiency in administrative support and customer service.

Skillful use of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Reliability and professionalism in all tasks.

Work Environment

This role is based onsite, providing a dynamic and engaging environment. The position offers a contract opportunity with the potential for conversion, enhancing career growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
