Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key financial operations, including reconciliation processes and year-end closing activities, while working within a corporate headquarters environment. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of accounting experience and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Assist with year-end financial closing procedures to support accurate reporting.

Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and adjustments.

Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related inquiries and issues.

Maintain and monitor financial data integrity within corporate headquarters systems.

Prepare and review financial documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Support ongoing accounting processes and provide backup for integration-related tasks.

Analyze and resolve discrepancies within financial statements and accounts. Requirements - Minimum of five years of accounting experience with attention to detail.

Proficiency in month-end closing procedures and general ledger management.

Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.

Excellent communication skills for interaction with various teams.

Experience within a corporate headquarters accounting environment.

Ability to handle detailed financial data with accuracy and efficiency.

Solid understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards.
