Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a pivotal part on our Department team.
The division supply chain analyst will be responsible for analyzing and driving execution in all aspects of the supply chain with particular emphasis on materials management: Sales and operation planning (S&OP), planning, inventory control and logistics. The growth strategy centers on three imperatives: growing company market share, customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence. The position will support and influence a team of supply chain professionals.
Develop, implement, and maintain world class supply chain analytic tools for purchasing, planning, master scheduling, sales and operations planning (S&OP), ERP/MRP systems and others.
Work with all levels of supply chain and other functions to develop and execute standardized analytic tools to support the supply chain function.
Develop, trains and utilizes supply chain analytics that creates opportunities to reduce lead times, inventories, costs and improve overall supply chain performance.
The supply chain analyst will be a strong proponent of communication, training, developing, coaching and assisting team members.
Analyze and assist in developing supply chain strategies and to drive the successful execution of these strategies across the supply chain.
Supports the division by providing timely and accurate information that allows the team to properly execute daily and future actions.
Establishes measurements and analytics that maintains premier customer service.
Leads all supply chain analyst activities within the division. These include, but are not limited to: inventory management, S&OP, planning, scheduling, procurement and logistical functions.
Responsible for supporting and providing analysis for continuous improvements and training within the division, BU's and sites. May also extend to suppliers and customers.
Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, training, and individual development. Drives a culture of accountability and results through standardized tools and processes for the supply chain.
Take action to identify and coordinate with Corporate and Division Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives that are focused on creating greater efficiencies, economies of scale or better quality resources for new or existing programs.
Develop working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and all the applicable tools used for supply chain management.
Flow down relevant program data/communication to the supply chain team.
Ensure all responsible locations have an effective supply chain information and analytics system in place. Understand the concerns that may arise around the supply chain process and tools, and lead to resolution and improvement, as needed.

Candidate skills & requirements
LEVEL 1:
Education: BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Management, and Operations (preferred) from an accredited university or equivalent education/experience; equivalent experience equals 4 years supply chain management experience + any additional experience indicated below.
Experience: 0-2 years' Supply Chain Management experience in aerospace, automotive or mechanical manufacturing environment. The ability to understand basic financial statements and cost accounting principles, required.
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel skills (ex: macros, arrays, pivot tables, logic statements, etc.)
Other Skills: Experience working with MRP/ERP systems
Preferred: 1+ year of meaningful analyst experience.
Working Conditions:
Does require fluent communication in English language.
