Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. As part of this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with loan applications, recommending financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering personalized financial services while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate new loan business with both existing and prospective clients.

Assess individual customer needs to offer tailored consumer loan and voluntary product recommendations.

Manage the loan application process, including drafting proposals and following up with applicants to ensure timely completion.

Provide clear explanations of loan procedures and products, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.

Take ownership of client concerns, working collaboratively with management to develop solutions for challenging loan situations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan applications and customer interactions.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers to build trust and encourage repeat business.

Monitor and analyze loan performance to ensure compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Stay updated on financial products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers. Requirements - Proven experience in account management or a similar role within financial services.

Familiarity with CRM systems and accounting software.

Strong understanding of consumer loan products and voluntary financial solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.

Proficiency in tools like ADP, 3M, and ATS, with a focus on financial applications.
