About the role
The Project Manager will provide consulting services for our financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Projects consist of building security infrastructure systems for mainly retail bank locations along with corporate administrative offices nationally. Building security systems include but not limited to card access, CCTV/cameras and various other access control devices/infrastructure.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Role offers a 3/2 hybrid schedule but must be local an office in the posted locations.
What you'll do
Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Direct the project team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of your job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
Commercial building security systems and financial services client experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with PM Web or other project management software is required.
General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
