Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative/Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This Contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations by providing essential administrative and operations support. This public-facing role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing schedules and tasks. This is a 7-week contract to start with potential for extension. The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, and we have full time and part time roles available for this position.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.

Respond to incoming calls promptly, providing attentive and courteous assistance.

Coordinate and oversee scheduling tasks, including arranging meetings and events.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders.

Ensure tasks and deadlines are met in a timely and organized manner.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.

Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
