Description

Our client, a respected nonprofit organization in Chula Vista, CA, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team and daily operations. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is passionate about community service and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department heads, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.

Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Coordinate special projects and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.

Oversee office operations and support the implementation of process improvements.

Assist with budgeting and expense reporting tasks as needed.

Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office technology.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
