The Administrative Support position provides administrative and technical support to approximately 40 employees of the Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Division, including the Division Administrator, three bureau chiefs, contractors, and providers. The position is responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Division. The position is supervised by the Office Manager but may be assigned tasks by all staff members in the Division. Meet minimum qualifications: o High school diploma or GED and four years of directly related work experience. o Or completion of a two-year Administrative Support/Office Management vocational program or post-secondary curriculum and two years of directly related work experience. o Other combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
