Supply Chain Data Analyst to support our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will focus on analyzing inventory data, supply chain performance metrics, and operational trends to drive data-informed decisions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
We are looking for associates who:
Analyze inventory levels, movements, and trends across the supply chain to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for inventory, demand planning, procurement, and logistics performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, logistics, and finance to support supply chain initiatives.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rates, forecast accuracy, and lead times.
Support S&OP processes with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
Identify root causes of inventory imbalances and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of supply chain systems and tools.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Serve as a backup to buyers as needed.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory management, or operations analysis.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (Eclipse, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of supply chain principles including demand planning, procurement, and logistics.
Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or simulation techniques.
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
