Experience conveying complex data insights through succinct visualizations (e.g. Looker).
Experience leading development of machine learning models or AI agents applied to practical supply chain situations.
Ability to communicate with and influence leaders in a supply chain setting.
Excellent organization, prioritization and execution skills.

Our mission is to become a strategic advantage for CSCO by partnering cross-functionally to develop, and promote, trusted easy-to-use data, interpretable analytics through dashboards, visualizations and AI.
We are a fun team with passion for solving supply chain problems via data analytics with practical applications in Google's data center supply chain. We work closely with functional teams across the supply chain (e.g., sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, etc.) to improve data center readiness through data-driven decisions. Our methods range from working on data curation and interactive visualizations. We also develop capabilities that enable self-serve analytics in the organization such as AI agents.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead an analytics team and partner with supply chain leaders to define strategy, set objectives and key results, and prioritize data initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, overseeing sprint planning, capacity management, and progress tracking to ensure successful execution.
Build and deploy dashboards, predictive models, AI agents, and "what-if" analyses to drive business decisions, acting as the strategic link between technical teams and stakeholders.
Ideate and implement process improvements to refine the operational model and enhance the efficiency of data solution delivery.
Drive change management and self-serve adoption through the creation of comprehensive documentation, training, and educational webinars.
