ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Financial System Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and you will collaborate with an outstanding team with an impressive track record in support of the Air Force Financial Systems Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and conduct requirement reviews
Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner for developers/project team
Perform functional acceptance testing
Investigate and perform root-cause analysis to resolve system issues
Creating end-user functional system documentation
Develop and provide privileged technician and end-user training
Facilitate change management and implementation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or 10 years' experience).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Direct experience with data collection and analysis.
Experience testing and mapping business processes.
Ability to interpret technical discussions, analyze and solve problems, while creating and maintaining documentation.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize, work accurately, and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
Experience with DOD and/or Air Force Permanent Change of Station (PCS) claims processing, accounting, allowance calculations, and impacted military pay entitlements
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and can obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Analysis such as CCBA, Program Management, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
Experience gathering and tracking system requirements through requirements lifecycle and the ability to perform acceptance testing.
Familiarity with the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS).
Knowledge of Audit standards to include familiarity with GAO, OMB, OUSD(C), DFAS and Air Force FIAR strategy, guidance and processes; to include the "Red Book", "Green Book", and the "Blue Book".
Experience with the Military Personnel Appropriation and related Governance.
Familiarity with Air Force travel debt functionalities, Quality Assurance, and corresponding Department of the Air Force enterprise-wide impacts.
Awareness of Air Force Permanent Duty Travel policy and procedures and regulations such as the DAFMAN 65-114, the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation, Volumes 4, 5, 9 & 16.
Experience with Salesforce.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $85,000-$130,000/year
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.
