Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Palatine, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play an essential part in supporting our operations with a focus on organization and communication. This position is ideal for someone with a background in call center coordination and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service.

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and calendars to optimize daily operations.

Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks to support the team effectively.

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.

Handle documentation and maintain accurate records for operational needs.

Provide assistance in scheduling and planning meetings or events.

Support home health-related administrative functions as needed.

Monitor and improve processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to address challenges and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative coordination or a similar role.

Familiarity with call center operations or customer service environments.

Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.

Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Knowledge of home health administrative functions is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
