Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our vibrant office. This temporary-to-permanent position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while growing within a supportive and engaging environment. You will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering customer loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution.

Job Specifications:

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: $19-21.50/hour, based on experience

Shift: 9-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and phone calls daily with promptness, accuracy, and courtesy.

Diligently track customer orders and ensure precise updates.

Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.

Resolve customer issues within company guidelines, emphasizing customer retention.

Assist in order verification, and manage claims for damaged or lost packages, including reshipments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Strong problem-solving skills and active participation in resolving issues.

Professional in all communications, maintaining a courteous demeanor.
