Job Title: First Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician for the first shift, working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

Work from drawings and blueprints to maintain instrumentation, control systems, and heating/cooling systems.

Conduct mechanical maintenance on plant equipment, including pipe systems, gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.

Essential Skills

Experience in maintenance technician roles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Skills in repair and industrial maintenance.

Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Welding and fabrication skills.

Experience with roofing and carpentry.

Competency in pipe fitting.

Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing environment where wearing a respirator may be required at times. The standard shift is from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with available overtime. The environment is dynamic and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Company looking for a long-term placement through Direct Hire. 3 Medical plans to choose from that vary in deductible/coverage, dental insurance, group term life insurance, long/short term disability, HSA. Vactaion and Holiday (After 3 months probationary) is 20 days the first year, and Sick/Personal is 14 days per year. They also offer a profit sharing with 401k, which annually has been about 15% of an employees salary.
