Field Service Engineer - Industrial Equipment (Western U.S.)

What You'll Do:

Travel nationally to customer sites-primarily in the western US-to install, service, and repair high-performance industrial equipment and CNC machine tools.

Deliver exceptional technical service to ensure maximum machine performance and customer productivity.

Document technical conditions and customer machine information, providing improvement suggestions where necessary.

Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to help them achieve peak efficiency.

Serve as a knowledgeable service ambassador, representing our brand and building lasting customer relationships during installations and repairs.
