As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Fletcher, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access or activities.

Report and document any observed irregularities, hazards, or incidents according to company and client protocols.

Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site policies.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents or issues as needed.

Support emergency response activities according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
