What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including invoicing and shipping coordination, reporting to the Office Manager.

Preparing, processing, and tracking invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintaining organized and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills; previous administrative experience is a must.

Are proficient in data entry, document preparation, and supply management.

Possess excellent communication skills to answer and direct phone calls professionally.
