DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will hold a pivotal leadership role, accountable for the quality, effectiveness, and overall delivery of patient-centered nursing services. This position involves comprehensive clinical supervision, encompassing the planning, direction, control, and evaluation of care across multiple units. You will foster a culture of excellence by providing strong physical presence, direct oversight, and serving as a dedicated resource and advocate for both patients and staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute lunch. This schedule includes one 8-hour shift, which may be on one of the following: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM; 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This position involves a rotating 2-week schedule, requiring weekend and holiday shifts. You will have every other weekend off, plus 2 additional weekdays off per 2-week period. This may change based on operational needs. Overtime and travel as operationally necessary Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.

Special Requirements: This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.

If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
