Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Miami, OK. Sound like something you're interested in?

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $14.50/hr.

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Operator?

You'll be: - Assembling and packaging Environmental Vials by closely following Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, blueprints, and drawings - Ensuring safety by adhering to all safety requirements and using required PPE - Documenting production activities accurately in Production Control Documents - Inspecting in-process and finished products, packaging, and pulling samples from archives - Participating in process improvements, Lean and 5S activities - Assisting in training co-workers and supporting team development - Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) - Bring up to 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production (preferred) - Can read and follow both written and oral instructions with strong attention to detail - Are skilled in basic math-adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure - Possess strong communication skills and can work well with cross-functional teams - Are able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and perform standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions - Can work effectively in a fast-paced, controlled environment, including overtime as required - Are willing to use PPE and understand chemical hygiene and safety data sheets - Have the necessary vision abilities for close, distance, color, and depth perception and focus adjustment - Are flexible and willing to adapt to operational needs
