Franklin Woods is seeking a full time Front Desk-Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support that includes but is not limited to ordering of supplies, calendar management, report preparation, filing, writing and editing emails, and drafting memos and letters.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required with college business school coursework preferred. Must be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Working knowledge of Google Suite is required.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
