Summary
ERP Functional Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Material Management (MM) and Procure-to-pay (P2P) systems. You'll collaborate with other analysts and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into functional solutions that help the organization scale.
What You'll Do
Configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for SAP-related processes and enhancements.
Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing functional assistance, escalating when needed.
Participate in ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and periodic release testing.
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure SAP solutions align with business needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and workflows.
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to ensure system accuracy and integrity.
Monitor tickets/incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvements.
What It Takes To Succeed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM and P2P modules
Understanding of core procurement principles, including sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
Ability to interpret and support procurement and supply chain reporting requirements (e.g., stock valuation, purchase history, supplier performance).
Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other modules (Ariba, OpenText, Vertex).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (lookups, pivots), Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint.
Clear, concise communication skills; able demonstrate the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP MM configuration and support, including testing and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with OpenText VIM (or similar) for invoice automation.
Exposure to SAP Ariba Suite, mainly Guided Sourcing for supplier collaboration.
Knowledge of Vertex Series O for tax compliance management.
Familiarity with Ariba Third Party Risk Management (or similar) for supplier onboarding and lifecycle maintenance.
Exposure to SQL, data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or basic scripting.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Other relevant professional certifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience
The preferred candidate will be at the sr. level.
For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
Education
A bachelor's degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
