Account Manager

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 day work-from-home

Pay: $30-$34 per hour

About the Role

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to support a growing team within a leading software and services organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering solutions that drive customer success and long-term retention.

You'll manage a portfolio of existing customers, serve as their trusted advisor, and work proactively to support renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and maintain regular communication.

Drive renewals and reduce churn through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs.

Deliver product knowledge and support adoption of tools and features.

Track pipelines, manage customer data, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Serve as a customer advocate while ensuring business objectives are met.

Meet or exceed key performance metrics related to satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

1+ year of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.

Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.

Thrives in a competitive, goal-driven, team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
