Seasonal/Temporary work from 2/2/2026 - 11/15/2026

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain\ farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment including multiple inlet system and furrow; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with Trimble or Greenstar GPS) such as combine, planter, tillage tool to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as rice, corn, soybeans; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employers fields, load employers crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos,\ piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping such as mowing, weed eating, spraying; Regulate conditions; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Perform record keeping such as irrigation logs; speak and understand English.

Should the Employers workers compensation insurance policy expire during the work contract period in which workers are employed\ under the H-2A program, the workers compensation insurance policy will be renewed so that workers are covered for the entire\ duration of the contract. The Employer may terminate a worker if a worker: refuses without justified cause to perform work for which\ the worker was recruited and hired; or commits a serious act of misconduct; or fails to be able to perform all of the tasks described in\ the job order. If the worker voluntarily abandons employment before the end of the contract period, or is terminated for cause, and the employer notifies the SWA, DOL, and USCIS in the case of an H2A worker, the employer will not be responsible for providing or\ paying for the subsequent transportation and subsistence expenses of that worker, and the worker is not entitled to the three-fourths\ guarantee.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
