As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to established protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and visitors while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Assist with emergency situations as directed, following established procedures and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Must have one or more of the following: at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of experience as a security supervisor or manager, or at least three years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
