Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. The role involves conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and is essential for the smooth functioning of operations.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery.

Repair gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, chillers, proofers, ovens, and baggers.

Work with voltages up to 480V.

Rewire and swap out motors.

Assist machine operators in setting up and changing over machinery.

Perform welding and fabricating tasks.

Maintain a 60/40 mechanical to electrical work ratio.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensenville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
