Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and conducting routine patrols. This role offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service and communication, while working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.

Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or incidents.

Document observations and incidents accurately in daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
