Adecco is partnering with a client in San Jose, CA for Warehouse Kitter opportunities! As a Warehouse Kitter, you will play a crucial role in preparing materials and components for assembly or production by gathering and organizing them into kits.

Key Responsibilities:

Kit Preparation: Gather and organize materials, components, and parts into kits according to work orders, assembly instructions, or production schedules.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components used for kitting. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of kits before distribution to production areas. Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors.

Documentation: Document kit contents, quantities, and any special instructions using inventory management software or manual records. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Workflow Support: Support production or assembly teams by delivering kits to designated workstations or departments in a timely manner. Assist in expediting urgent orders or rush requests as required.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and operating warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, kitting, or inventory management is beneficial.

Familiarity with inventory software or systems used for tracking materials is a plus.

Shift Availability: Day 7:00am- 3:30pm

Pay: $20/hr

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Precision in picking items and assembling kits to ensure accuracy and quality.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately.

Teamwork: Capability to work cooperatively with others to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, lift, and move materials and kits as required.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
