Industry Consultant - Insurance

CTG is seeking to fill an Industry Consultant - Insurance position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

Leverage deep insurance industry expertise to design and implement innovative solutions across business processes.

Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Improve customer engagement strategies through insights and data-driven recommendations.

Implement and optimize data-driven risk assessment models to strengthen resilience and support competitive advantage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

Provide strategic guidance on emerging industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Skills:

Strong understanding of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and risk management.

Experience with process automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.

Proficiency in leveraging data analytics for risk modeling, decision support, and customer engagement.

Ability to translate complex industry requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

Experience:

Proven experience as an industry consultant, business analyst, or subject matter expert in the insurance sector.

Hands-on experience with digital transformation, automation, or data-driven solutions in insurance.

Track record of implementing business process improvements and technology solutions that drive measurable impact.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
