As a Security Guard - Industrial Site Patrol in Tolleson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the facility. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and use technology such as computers or tablets as part of your daily responsibilities. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access control procedures and provide directions or information as needed.

Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities according to site protocols.

Collaborate with team members and site personnel to help to deter potential security-related risks within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
