Pay: $29.83 - $31.18 per hour based on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

This position is ONSITE in Torrance, CA, must be able to commute to Torrance, CA

What's a typical day as an Executive Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Overseeing the logging, archiving, and distribution of regulatory documents, maintaining records retention, audit schedules, and organizational charts.

Processing purchase requests, invoices, and chargebacks, while managing permit and certification fee submissions.

Providing comprehensive support to PRO executives, including meeting coordination, event planning, and communications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is greatly preferred.

Bring 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a regulatory, legal, or technical environment.

Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and document management systems.
