Are you ready to launch your career in a role that blends senior leadership exposure with hands-on office coordination? We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented, highly organized and proactive college graduate to provide executive-level support for leadership and comprehensive administrative assistance to the wider team in this dynamic Administrative Assistant role. This full-time position will report to the VP of HR and will be located onsite at our corporate office/manufacturing facility in New Berlin.

Why You Will Love This Role:

Be the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders-your professionalism sets the tone.

Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and general inquiries promptly and courteously.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, café and back supply room.

Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure communal spaces are well-maintained.

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.

Assist with onboarding activities, including coordinating lunches and documentation.

Work closely with company leadership, supporting projects and communications.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

Understand data and assist with interpreting it for leadership decisions.

Enjoy a hybrid role that combines leadership support with office coordination-no two days are the same!

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, or related field.

Eager to learn and grow-internship experience is great, but not required.

Comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Canva or project management tools are a bonus.

Strong communication skills, organized, and ready to tackle multiple priorities.

Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data.

Maintain confidential records and correspondence with discretion.
