Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in O'Fallon, Illinois. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring communication runs smoothly, and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

Answer and route inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression as the office receptionist.

Assist in coordinating office activities, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Compile and prepare reports or presentations as needed for internal use.

Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.

Monitor and update office procedures to improve operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges and streamline processes. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.

Previous experience managing receptionist duties is a plus.
