Job Summary:

The Accounting Administrator supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Prepare and post journal entries; assist with month-end and year-end close.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.

Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.

Assist with bank reconciliations, expense reports, and cash flow tracking.

Support the accounting team with reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
