As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication, responding to situations as needed. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon05:00 AM - 09:00 AM

Sun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, support emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the industrial and manufacturing location, including the business premises and perimeter.

Monitor for potential security-related concerns and report observations as required by site protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.

Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
