As an Administrative Coordinator III, you'll be in charge of running our front desk operations and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome. You'll ensure all visitors are processed in accordance with security procedures, and answer and direct incoming calls with friendly efficiency. Not only will you be providing stellar customer service, you'll also keep our office stocked with everything we need to keep things running smoothly and ensure our breakrooms and conference rooms are in perfect working order. You'll be the go-to person for general office and seating requests and will even get to help support fun company events and catering! Plus, you'll get to leverage your expertise to assist with onboarding new employees and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Administration, Human Resources and Security. Qualifications You Must Have:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 4 years of administrative experience.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include clerical duties, data management, and the utilization of various office equipment.

Must have experience with maintaining a secured facility, or working in a military or Department of Defense environment.

Professional demeanor and excellent communications skills required, including the ability to manage a multi-line phone system.

Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.

Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and have experience in the creation and execution of projects and goals.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint

Experience with Security and Safety protocols

Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $25.24 - $34.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
