Medical Receptionist

Are you passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're looking for a skilled and friendly Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our care team.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact-greet patients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage patient check-ins/check-outs and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with precision.

Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support smooth clinic operations.

Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Rotate between front desk, phones, and back-end support for a well-rounded role.

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in a healthcare front desk or medical call center setting.

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems-EPIC experience is a plus!

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

A calm, compassionate demeanor and a team-first attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional days may extend until 5:30pm)

Pay: $18 - $22/hr. based on related experience

Pay cycle - Weekly | Medical, dental & vision benefits available for enrollment.

Location: This role will rotate between Hartford, CT and Farmington, CT offices. Schedules will be provided in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
