As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to security-related situations as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.

Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or management as required.

Complete detailed and accurate reports about incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
