We are looking for an experienced and professional Product Analyst to join our enterprise Digital Banking product management team. This role will lead and drive product-related initiatives that are specific to ensuring the successful awareness and delivery of enterprise readiness activities surrounding new and enhanced digital solutions. This position is ideal for an energetic, analytical, and creative professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams to deliver high-quality experiences and artifacts that top internal and external customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal marketing groups to support and effectively align enterprise marketing campaigns with the authenticated Digital Banking experience.
Maintain a shared calendar of campaigns for effective tracking.
Identify and promote cross-marketing opportunities with other retail products.
Maintain and drive enhancements to the BI Insights application in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
Manage the placement and timing of banner campaigns within Digital Banking and prioritize competing submissions.
Ensure proper access rights and support analytics/reporting improvements.
Analyze industry best practices to ensure optimal experiences matching or exceeding customer expectations.
Track analytics for feature engagement.
Manage Learning Center content and ensure alignment with marketing standards.
Maintain and update SharePoint site for internal communications and resources.
Create clear, impactful content for internal and external communications, manage stakeholder approvals (including Legal and Compliance), and oversee the publishing process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage distribution lists and templates for internal and external communications.
Product manage assigned Digital Banking services, product lines, and experiences (e.g., AI integrations).
Support other product management activities, as needed.
Ensure timely responses and proper routing of inquiries.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, design, development and user experience disciplines. Digital Banking experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, user experience/design, marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Strong collaboration, creative, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written communication skills, including strong grammar, clarity, and ability to convey complex, technical information concisely and accurately.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - for reporting and presentations.
SharePoint - for intranet content management.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - for image editing and marketing assets.
Workfront or similar project management tools - for campaign coordination.
BI Tools (e.g., Power BI) - for analytics and reporting.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge - for web content updates.
Salesforce and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) - for internal collaboration and tracking.
Familiarity with Digital Banking platforms and supporting tools for creating product awareness and driving engagement.
Plus
Experience with vendor coordination and working with enterprise-level marketing teams and campaigns.
