As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will remain visible throughout the property, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally with guests and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting guests and staff as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Assist with crowd control and/or access management during events or periods of high occupancy at the location.

Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
