Our client, an industry leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Sr Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Supply Chain Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Range: $120,000 - $144,000

What's the Job?

Implement supply chain vision and strategic leadership to optimize business processes and systems.

Manage site supply inventory and collaborate with internal teams to achieve operational excellence in procurement.

Lead local supply chain teams in cross-site process optimization, driving efficiencies and standardization.

Build and develop a high-performance supply chain team through effective selection, training, and performance management.

Oversee procurement budgets, plan savings initiatives, and support business performance improvements.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

7-10 years of comprehensive supply chain management experience, including senior site-level roles within aerospace and defense industries.

Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems, with experience in quality systems, lean, and continuous improvement processes.

Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Strong negotiation, influencing skills, and the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
