As a Security Officer - Industrial Facility Patrol in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations of individuals entering restricted areas.

Remain alert to potential hazards within the environment and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
